Some of the specific tasks I have performed include:
• Quality assurance. Liaising with internal and external customers (production operators, appropriate department within the company and suppliers) when there are quality issues, making decisions and reporting.
• Planning - Ordering materials and logging.
• Admin work - Writing up SOPs, quality specifications, and other reports using Microsoft Office Windows (Word, Excel)
• Safety and Housekeeping task
• Using Photocopier, Fax Machine, Scanning
