Just a number.
That is what you are to this company - just a number. Don't rock the boat, lower your expectations and "just go with the flow".... because otherwise you'll meet with that brick wall in trying to achieve anything at this company. There is no accountability nor any consequences for those wanting a free ride. Sadly, this culture can only change when it's driven from upper management. Do as I say not as I do should be included as one of their so-called values.

Flexibility of work hours as no one seems to care!
Cons
Lack of accountability, no responsibility, management manage upward. Poor remuneration
