Benefits are great but poorly managed.

The benefits are great, once you start the company spend almost a week telling you how great Vodafone is and how they're a great employer.
Unfortunately, once you are let on the floor the team leaders don't want to take any responsibility and will tell you to ask another colleague.
There is only room for progression within certain departments, that you are welcome to apply for.
They seem to close a lot of teams and then expect others to accept that teams responsibilities with no further financial compensation.
Are frowned upon as 'not a team player' if you don't sign up to overtime after your 40 hour week.
Long term sick for stress is considered normal.
