Working as a peer tutor helped me improve on my basics and allowed me to help those who needed help in understanding complicated concepts easily. The hardest part of the job was making sure the help given was practically useful

Best part is other departments staff are collaborative and large range of skills & projects to be involved with. Being able to upskill and learn, supportive coaches/tutors/support staff
