Our purpose is simple; Helping kiwis live better everyday. The Warehouse Group has always been an organisation that challenges the status quo to deliver the things that Kiwis need. That purpose has been long standing and is an important anchor, linked to why Sir Stephen Tindall first set up The Warehouse in 1982, and remains an important guide for our business. As we’ve grown to be NZ’s largest retailer, so has our ambition to be a positive force for NZ. Right now, the planet faces big challenges and we’re stepping up to play an even more active part. We’re committed to continuing to shift our business radically and have a vision to make sustainable living easy and affordable for everyone. We’ve already made good progress, but this takes things a step further, putting sustainability at the heart of what we do, reducing our impact for the sake of our whānau, for Aotearoa, and for our planet. One of the ways we are doing this is a simple test called The Tomorrow Test. When we’re making decisions across our business we ask “does it pass The Tomorrow Test?” While it’s a simple sentence, it’s a big question and one that we ask ourselves about everything we do, and everything we sell. Every time we ask the question and make more progress in the right direction, we make a difference. Our values define what we stand for and how we deliver on our purpose and vision. It focuses on accelerating the development of our high performing Store Managers by strengthening their leadership toolkit so they can build great teams, drive positive business results and great in-store experiences.


Sara Rozmus joined our team in 2017, working as a Copy Centre Specialist and in Replenishment. Sara's role sees her helping customers with their printing needs from creating personalised gifts like mugs and canvases to printing business cards, calendars are more.  ​​​​​​​Sara enjoys working for Warehouse Stationery as "the people that I work with are always friendly and there's good communication, which is key in any workplace environment. I feel my team are supportive in my career and personal life"
