Disgraceful pay in comparison to the retail sector for identical hours.
Would not recommend banking community as a career to anyone. The work is not difficult is the best I can say.

Had a really good time being employed by Westpac in the Call Centre. The atmosphere was always a pleasant one. Management were always willing to help you when you asked a question. There were plenty of opportunities to upskill.
