Yes No Report Working with WorleyParsons on a series of Projects in Pilbara (Iron Ore - Western Australia) and Indonesia (Nickel - Sulawesi) Project Manager / Construction Manager (Former Employee) – Nickel Smelter / Refinery Furnace, SCT – 24 November 2014 Depending upon whether the role was office or site based. If office based, the working day was 8 hours whereas the site based was usually 10 hour day. Managing a number of projects simultaneously, required leaning how to manage your time and prioitise your time to efectively manage both project and resources. Generally speaking, depending upon the indiviudual, staff were team orientated and focussed on delivering project outcome. At times managing varying prioties with a limited workorce was challenging, however because generally working in a team orientated group, the work day was always enjoybale.
