A good company to work for that allows for a good life/work balance.
Senior I&E Designer (Current Employee) –  New Plymouth, Taranaki5 August 2018
I would recommend working for this company. They have flexible work hours, and an option of banking extra hours to extend vacation holidays. This particular office was also located on the ocean!

Working with WorleyParsons on a series of Projects in Pilbara (Iron Ore - Western Australia) and Indonesia (Nickel - Sulawesi)
Project Manager / Construction Manager (Former Employee) –  Nickel Smelter / Refinery Furnace, SCT24 November 2014
Depending upon whether the role was office or site based. If office based, the working day was 8 hours whereas the site based was usually 10 hour day.

Managing a number of projects simultaneously, required leaning how to manage your time and prioitise your time to efectively manage both project and resources.

Generally speaking, depending upon the indiviudual, staff were team orientated and focussed on delivering project outcome.

At times managing varying prioties with a limited workorce was challenging, however because generally working in a team orientated group, the work day was always enjoybale.
Pros
Access to a range of projects
Cons
Very institutioned management structure
