Motivated people do well

It's a challenging workplace, but if you are motivated to move up, you can do so easily. The management positions pay well enough that it helped me get out of debt, but there is a definite imbalance leaning heavily towards work over personal life.

Good pay, two paid vacations a year, room for advancement

I started working at Zara before the store actually opened and that was very exciting for me as I've never experienced such thing but everyday was different and extremely fun. Met new people and learnt a lot about brands and products. overall i enjoyed my time at Zara its unfortunate that it was only a casual role.
