Full job description

Our Events Co-ordinator is responsible for:

* handling and converting all events enquiries

* clearly communicating the client's needs, requests and priorities to the Bistro and Kitchen teams

* costings and quotes

* ensuring a World Class delivery of all group dining, functions and events.

* working closely with our Bistro and Kitchen teams to ensure the products are costed and delivered to budget

* manage all details of events bookings in liaison with the client or agent representative

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience organising Events. Role is permanent, full time with a minimum of 30 hours and usually 40 hours per week. Hourly pay rate $28 - 30.
