Corporate Sales Manager (Enterprise NZ) at Halter
This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on winning and growing large farming-business accounts across New Zealand. The position is based in New Zealand (primarily Auckland) and involves frequent travel to meet major farming enterprises and corporate stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and rollout.
Build relationships with farm owners, executives, board members, and operational leaders.
Develop new corporate accounts and expand existing enterprise customers.
Manage strategic accounts and identify growth opportunities across multiple farm operations.
Work closely with account managers, product teams, and leadership.
Deliver revenue forecasts, pipeline reporting, and commercial strategy input.
Represent Halter within the agricultural industry and build market influence.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong enterprise or corporate B2B sales experience.
Experience handling long, high-value sales cycles.
Ability to negotiate with senior decision-makers and boards.
Agricultural, agritech, rural business, or farming-sector knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong prospecting ("hunter") mindset and account expansion capability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
