Mō te Tūranga | About the role:

This is an awesome opportunity to work in our bowling alley - Bowl and Social - which has the best bowling technology available in New Zealand, a 35m outdoor balcony overlooking the spectacular Waikato River, with great food and beverage offerings, your amazing customer service skills will help continue to make Bowl & Social a huge success.

You will also;

• Assist customers making bookings and getting them set up on the bowling lanes
• Take food and beverage orders and accept payment
• Prepare and deliver drinks
• Assist with restocking and keeping the bars and bowling alley looking spic and span

This is a part-time fixed-term opportunity until end of January 2027, working approx 12 - 16 hours each week. Weekend availability is essential for this position and preference will be given to applicants who are flexible in their availability.

To be successful in this role, you will also;

• Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
• Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts including Friday and Saturday nights
• Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements accessing age-restricted areas
