Full job description

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and guest-focused waitstaff to join our team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional dining experiences, collaborates with kitchen and other wait staff, and maintains a clean, welcoming dining environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and a positive, professional demeanor are essential.

Lunch Shift- 12.5 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, present menus and daily specials, and guide guests through their dining experience.
  • Take accurate orders, upsell where appropriate, and relay orders to kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously; attend to guests’ needs throughout the meal.
  • Process payments, operate the POS system, and manage checks efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens; communicate clearly with guests about dietary restrictions.
  • Uphold beverage service standards (beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic options) where applicable.
  • Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-presented; manage flow during peak times.
