Variety of work style in different assignments
Cust.Relations , Sales Rep, Show Room Assistant (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – 15 September 2015
I was in assignments for Randstad Agency. While working as a show room assistant I performed the tasks in the show room which was to set put the products for sale to the public at the beginning of the show and at the end we packed them all when the show was finished. During the show we were presenting the products, communicating about their quality and different prices. At the Weather channel I answered questions to Latin America and Brazil in Spanish and Portuguese to solve problems related to the the Star SL computer System. For Currey and Company based in Atlanta, I have organized their whole tax data base in the computer. And I also assisted in line presentation of show rooms responding to requests, inquiries and writing orders to Harouninan Rugs(NY),Uma Enterprises Inc(California),H&R Fashion(Florida). The co-workers were always very nice to deal with and the pay varied according to each company. The hardest part was to set up the show room but the most enjoyable was the line presentation. Communication with people was always so much fun. We were working but enjoying what we were doing. And the support of the colleagues was the most important. I Learned from all of them. Different companies, different ways of handling things but always the same goal of interaction with people satisfying their needs and answering their requests. The result of the sales were better for some, but they all pretty much sold well. What astonished me was to see how the owner of the companies and employees like so much to be in show rooms. It is brilliant to see their interaction. We all learn a lot. As sometimes each case is a a separate case in sales!!! I worked but also had a lot of fun!I also used my language skills as I speak english, german, french, spanish and portuguese.
freedom to kind of take a little brake by exchanging positions with a coworker, when we were tired
it a lot of hard work
