You’re an experienced and skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You have the qualifications and hands-on experience to back up your craft, and you’re passionate about creating exceptional dishes. You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and bring creativity and consistency to every plate. You’ll need to be:
Confident in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards
Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene practices
A team player who communicates well and supports others
Adaptable and able to perform under pressure
Committed to delivering quality and exceeding guest expectations
M ō te T ūranga | About the Role
We’re looking for Commi and Demi level chefs. In your role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation. You’ll work with fresh ingredients, follow recipes, and contribute to menu development while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. From prepping and plating to managing food safety and timing, you’ll play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
