Join Our Holiday Casual Team at Kmart!

We're looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join us during our busy peak season. These casual positions start in early October 2026 and run through mid February 2027. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll help create a positive shopping experience for our customers and support the overall team in achieving our store goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring organised and inviting customer experience. Be part of a vibrant team and make a difference this holiday season!



Our Holiday Casual team members are:

  • Mahi tahi – are great team players who support their mates
  • Bring a positive, can-do Kiwi attitude to every shift
  • Are proactive and take initiative
  • Passionate about keeping your store looking tidy and organised
