As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout every journey. You will welcome customers on board, provide exceptional service, assist with passenger needs, and respond confidently to a variety of situations while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers during all phases of flight

Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized customer service

Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and onboard requests

Serve meals, beverages, and other onboard products

Provide clear safety demonstrations and follow safety procedures

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

Work closely with fellow crew members to create a positive travel experience

Maintain a polished appearance and represent the Air New Zealand brand with pride
