This is a seasonal casual role designed for our peak trading period. To join Team LSKD, you must be available across all key dates below:
Group Interviews: Between 14th – 16th September
Regional Inductions: Between 13th – 15th October (2 full days between 8-5pm)
In-Store Shadow Shifts & Training: Commencing mid-October
Peak Campaign Period: November through late January
Key Trading Days: Full availability across Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day is essential.
Roster Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work weekdays, weekend shifts and peak extended trading hours. This engagement is casual.
What A Day In Store Might Look Like
No two days are the same, but here’s how you’ll help us bring the hype:
Product Education & Storytelling: You’re the ultimate product expert across our fits, fabrics, and functions - helping our community find the right gear for their needs
Inspiring Our Community: Welcoming everyone through the doors with high energy, building real connections, and living our mission to inspire people to be 1% better every day.
Setting the Floor Standard: Keeping the store fully stocked, visual merchandising looking fresh, and making sure the floor is always 100% peak season ready.
Crushing Peak Fast-Paced Ops: Crushing operations with speed and accuracy, processing sales smoothly, and keeping stock moving from the backroom to the floor.
