Korero mo te turanga - About the role

Our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zealand and the world. As an NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

Our On Call Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle!

• Full drivers license and reliable transport to cover all three locations
• Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
