We are looking for a customer-focused Banking Specialist to assist clients with everyday banking, financial products, and account services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with daily banking transactions and account services

Open and manage personal and business accounts

Provide guidance on loans, mortgages, credit cards, and banking products

Support digital and mobile banking services

Handle customer enquiries in branch, online, or by phone

Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures

Support fraud prevention and account security checks

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in banking, finance, retail, or customer support

Good problem-solving and relationship-building ability

Knowledge of banking products and financial services

Sales and customer engagement experience is an advantage

Attention to detail and compliance awareness
