We are looking for a Digital Marketing, CRM & Systems Coordinator to help manage our websites, CRM systems, online platforms, and digital processes. This role plays an important part in making sure our systems run smoothly and our online enquiries are managed effectively.
What You'll Be DoingWebsite Management
- Maintain and update company websites.
- Monitor website performance and make sure everything is working properly.
- Manage website security, updates, and backups.
- Upload and update website content and service pages.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate fixes when required.
- Manage website forms and online enquiry systems.
- Monitor domains, hosting, and website functionality.
CRM & Customer Systems
- Manage and maintain CRM and customer management systems.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and workflows.
- Keep customer and lead information accurate and up to date.
- Support sales teams with lead management processes.
- Provide system support and training to staff.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
Digital Systems & Automation
- Manage connections between websites, CRM systems, and other business systems.
- Monitor automated workflows and lead distribution processes.
- Support online booking systems and customer portals.
- Help improve digital processes and system efficiency.
- Ensure information is accurate across all platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic and online enquiries.
- Track lead generation and conversion performance.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and performance reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support website improvements and search visibility.
- Create and update campaign landing pages.
- Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Monitor online lead generation activities.
- Help keep digital content and assets up to date.
Skills & Experience
You will have either:
- A Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Digital Systems, Web Technologies, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
OR
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in website administration, CRM administration, digital systems management, or a similar role.
